Seung-hwan Oh, 55, was taken into custody after he attempted to cross the border from North Korea into China on a fake passport, according to local police and South Korean news media. Oh was wanted on suspicion of assisting in the attempted murder of four people at a bus stop in Seoul in 2005, according to South Korean news media reports. Oh was suspected of taking part in the murder of the four people — two of whom died — in the Seongbuk-gu district of Seoul. The other two survived and have not been identified publicly. It was not immediately clear whether Oh was still in custody. Police said in a statement that Oh left the South Korean side of the border and drove to China, be359ba680
